주 목 (銘:한라白鹿)

분을 채우고 있는 밑둥치로 안정감이 뛰어나고 몸통의 목질부 대부분이 백골이 되어 역동적인 율동감과 함께 전면부를 타고 올라간 물관의 대비가 뛰어난 작품이다. 목질부와 물관부의 선의 흐림이 절묘한 조화를 이루어 위용(圍蛹)을 예술적으로 드러내고 있는 작품으로 평가된다. 수고 78cm, 수폭110cm, 수령 약 350년.

As the work harmonizes with the flow of lines of woody parts and vessel parts, it is evaluated as a work expressing grand appearance more artistically.
